Inglewood/Aiport Area Chamber of Commerce eNewsletter
May 2008 Issue

Every so often the question arises about the benefits of being a Chamber member. This information is available at the Chamber office and on the Chamber’s website. However, I will briefly go over a few of the benefits for those inquiring minds. First and foremost the Chamber provides valuable resources to its members to aide in the success of their businesses. A few of those resources are; publicity on the Chamber’s website, job search for new employees, business counseling, business referrals, marketing access, listing in the annual Chamber Business Directory and business workshops just to name a few.

These resources and others are made possible because of you the members and your expertise in your various business fields. As it has been said before the Chamber belongs to you the members. The Chamber staff is there to support the will of the membership.

Last week discussions continued with the Wave newspaper on the positive aspects of the City of Inglewood’s business community. Participating in this discussion was Mr. Andy Natker of the Haagen Company. Mr. Natker gave an outstanding overview of the development of the Village at Century and the success of the businesses there. Plans were also discussed about a future article being written highlighting the Chamber and several businesses. This is our opportunity to shine, to let the public know about the Chamber and the businesses it supports.
