On Thursday, May 8, 2008, Los Angeles World Airports, in conjunction with the El Segundo Chamber of Commerce, the Inglewood/Airport Area Chamber of Commerce and the LAX Coastal Area Chamber of Commerce, will host its "Taste of We Fly As One" event exclusive to our "We Fly As One Partners.”  This event will showcase your services to airport and airport-related employees and there is no charge for you to participate.  We encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity to show off your company to LAX employees and help draw them to your business for lunch, dinner or shopping.  The deadline to reserve your space is April 17.  Space is limited.

Each business will be given one table, two chairs, table sign and lunch vouchers for staff.  Vendors will be able to select their booth on a first-come-first-served basis the day of the event.  Restaurants may contact me should you have special needs.

The event will be held in Vendor Lot 3 of the Central Terminal Area of LAX.  We will send you a confirmation and directions a week prior to the event.  Set-up will begin at 9:00 a.m.  LAX employees will begin arriving at 11 a.m.  The event will conclude at 2:00 p.m.
